Single storey side extension to semi detached house.
The project:
This 17th century house needed a single storey rear extension, with the new build having to be in keeping with the original character of the house. Any new exposed beams would have to look the same as the original beams. The external elavation had to complement the style of the original 17th Century house. External features had to reflect the original style with new improvements adding a modern complementary feel.
Located on Alfonso close, Aldershot.
Our solution:
Work was completed without break in 3 months. Labour varied from 3 -5 individuals everyday. Our focus on detail ensured that the old style feel was enhanced, resulting in a build which kept the property’s unique character. There were no problems with the build, time-line (finished ahead of schedule), and cost.
This was a returning client.
