Side and front extension.

The project.

A double storey side extension plus single storey was needed along the back of a semi-detached house. This was complicated by having to be built over a main sewer. It was a large project that included 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a hair salon, utility room, and extended lounge.

Our solution.

The work was completed in just under 4 months. There were no major concerns, despite having to install an exceptionally high number of steel beams following the structural engineer’s instructions. 3-4 individuals were always on site, working continuously until completion. Emphasis was on speed and attention to detail, and we were instructed to complete the work to builder’s finish. We finished ahead of schedule and within costs.
This was a returning client whose reccomendation led to further work.
